Warranty and returns
Warranty
Every machine carries the warranty period stated against it on your invoice. The warranty covers hardware faults under normal use. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or consumable parts such as batteries.
Returns
You can return an item within 7 days of purchase, in its original condition, with your invoice.
How to claim
Bring the machine and your invoice to the shop, or message us on WhatsApp with your invoice number and what's wrong. We'll tell you the next step the same day.
